“On behalf of myself and my team, I would like to welcome you to Platform 1864. I trained as a chef from a very young age and under the fantastic leadership of my Head Chefs and Managers, I gained the knowledge and experience to venture out on my own and bring my dream of transforming this old train station into what it is today – this really is my passion project. We pride ourselves in friendly, efficient service, great tasting food and a stunning setting.
